  • The refund request must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.

  • The video should clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged product

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color or appearance variations

  • Damage reported without video proof

  • Issues reported after 30 days of delivery

Replacement or Refund

  • Once the damage is verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on availability.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
